It's a challenge for Australia to achieve unprecedented feats.

The highest peaks have long been mastered.

This is the team that has won seven Cricket World Cups, in addition to an additional six T20 titles, and earlier maintained 1,294 days without defeat in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, those for the record chasers, are the only things left for a team that has accomplished all there is.

The fact it required as late as Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase exceeding 300, taking back their record for the biggest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, honestly, a tribute to the bowlers that have worn canary yellow over the past 50 years.

"A chance to play and engage in competition with her and merely enjoy the moment in that regard, sort of got me going," commented Healy.

She reached fifty in 35 balls - her quickest at the global tournament - and her ton in 84 deliveries while she punished short deliveries, hitting 21 fours and three big hits.

By the time she was dismissed the team needed 66 additional runs at run per delivery - an unconquered height now requiring a leisurely stroll.

"Chasing 330 runs is uncharted waters so I'm happy we have the confidence to achieve that now," stated Healy further.

"Ideally we won't need to do it another time but, if we do, we know we can achieve it."

Those words will be the ultimate thing Australia's opponents at this World Cup should hear.

In recent days a belief they will succeed regardless of circumstances has only strengthened - this victory succeeding win against Pakistan by 107-run victory despite being 76-7 at one point.

Next Australia play Bangladesh before a meeting with longtime competitors England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a last-four spot may likely be confirmed.

It was at that stage they left last year's T20 World Cup in a surprising setback by South Africa - an encounter Healy was absent due to torn tissue in her foot as she led her country for the inaugural occasion at a major tournament.

So great is her will, she afterwards commented she regretted not playing despite the injury.

Yet even as she later admitted those fitness problems have postponed consideration of ending her career, this tournament is anticipated as her last as captain in ODI cricket and she is yet to win a global event as skipper.

Success in India would bring her to the top of her last major obstacle.
