Also featured in this latest photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different areas of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
